Jiangsu Luoming PSA oxygen generator utilizes advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. The PSA oxygen production plant uses clean, compressed air as the raw material and high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Under controlled pressure conditions, the system separates oxygen from purified, dry compressed air through a process of pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in the adsorbent. This process ensures the production of high-purity medical oxygen efficiently and reliably.Because of the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the pores of zeolite molecular sieve is much higher than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. and then by decompression to atmospheric pressure, adsorbent adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities, to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower absorbs oxygen, the other tower desorption regeneration, through PLC program controller to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, so that the two towers alternate circulation, so as to obtain high purity oxygen (93% ±2% or 99.5%).
