The PSA Nitrogen Generator utilizes Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce nitrogen on-site. By exploiting the selective adsorption characteristics of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS), which has different affinities for oxygen and nitrogen, the system efficiently separates nitrogen from ambient air. During operation, the adsorption towers switch cyclically, enabling the continuous and stable generation of high-purity nitrogen at ambient temperature. Nitrogen purity can range from 95% to 99.999%, making it suitable for a wide array of applications, including electronics, chemicals, metallurgy, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace.

The PSA nitrogen system employs an advanced PSA process using highly efficient CMS as the adsorbent. Operating under ambient temperature and clean conditions without the need for high temperatures or chemical additives, it offers an energy-efficient solution for nitrogen production.
